We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the event that you receive the wrong item, please obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number below. Replacements will only be sent once the incorrect item has been received and confirmed by SoundQubed. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.
* All returns: All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please fill out the request below and print the email you receive.
* Restocking Fees: Upon approval by SoundQubed , there will be a 20% restocking fee.
* Refunds: Upon approval by SoundQubed, refunds will be issued in the same manner that they were paid, less restocking fees and shipping fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
* All returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and in like-new condition.
* Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. Note: Separate RMA numbers must be obtained for multiple orders.
* In the event of an error, the customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange.
* In the event of an error, please call SoundQubed customer service department at 405-600-1936 to speak with a representative. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original, undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-packaging fees. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer's expense.

Any refused shipment sent back to SoundQubed does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customers responsibility to make all arrangements with SoundQubed for refused shipments. SoundQubed will charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.

To return a product for service or repair you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization located in the link above. Once you fill out this form you will be emailed a copy which will need to be printed, or hand copied onto a piece of paper and placed inside the box with the merchandise.
