We don’t accept any returns after 90 days from the day of purchase. 
If you install or modify products ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges. 

How to Return a Product for Service:

Complete the form and write down the RMA number for Step 2.

We'll evaluate the problem

Our experienced technicians will take a look to figure out what happened with your order.

If it's a defect, we'll promptly ship your replacement.

Quote & payment

We'll send a quote, and wait for your payment to start repairs.

Return shipping will be included in the quote.

Repair

Complete the return support form, and we'll issue a return authorization number.

Returns & Exchanges Within 90 Days

You will have 30 days to notify of the incorrect item(s) shipped to you. We'll assign an RMA, and arrange for return shipping at our expense. Correct items will be sent out once tracking shows incorrect item(s) are en-route.

Create an RMA for your new and unopened product. Ship it back to us at your expense. We'll inspect the product, and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee.

RESTOCKING FEES:

  • 5% if exchanging the item(s)

  • 10% if new and unopened

  • 20% if not new, but still in A-Quality

  • 100% if item(s) is found to be used, installed, not resalable, missing pieces or has any damage and will be returned to you upon request and at your expense.

SoundQubed Warranty


SoundQubed warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of time not to exceed 24 months for subwoofers, components, earbuds and coaxial and 12 months for amplifiers from the original date of retail purchase. Parts returned must be determined by SoundQubed to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. SoundQubed’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Warranties are non transferable.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Burnt or open coils

  • Customer abuse or competition use and power in excess of rating

  • Amplifiers used in competition or run below rated ohm loads or voltage

  • SoundQubed shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.

  • SoundQubed shall not be liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXTENDING BEYOND THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE.
